Oranga Marae
Oranga Marae is a programme of support, advice and investment for marae. It gives whanau and hapū advice and support to help develop their marae and achieve their goals. This support may include building projects and capital works.

Kāinga Whenua loans - Housing New Zealand and Kiwi Bank
If you have a right to live on multiple-owned Māori land, a Kāinga Whenua loan allows you to build, purchase or relocate a house to that land.
New Zealand Historic Places Trust
The New Zealand Historic Places Trust actively assists whanau, hapu and iwi initiatives to preserve taonga through the Maori Buildings Conservation Programme.
New Zealand Fire Service
The New Zealand Fire Service has Māori Iwi Liaison Teams who can provide advice on what fire dangers exist in and around your marae. From there they can discuss fire safety systems that will protect your whānau, taonga and property and show you how to become more 'firewise' in and around the marae.
