Te Puni Kōkiri is supporting five neighbouring Ahuwhenua Trusts situated in the Welcome Bay area to form a cluster to enable better use of their lands.

The project identifies the development potential that exists and has engaged with Te Puni Kōkiri’s Special Housing Action Zone and Māori Land Facilitation Service, and also Environment Bay of Plenty’s Business Development Directorate.
