Whānau-centred approaches to address family violence

Family violence disproportionately affects Māori, with Māori being more than twice as likely to experience it than other New Zealanders.

Four well-respected, experienced partner providers were contracted as part of an initial tranche of investment to co-design and test whānau-centred, strengths based approaches to address family violence. This report is an evaluation of their work and has been prepared by Hikitia and Associates for Te Puni Kōkiri.
