We now have a vacancy for a Senior Advisor within the team, as the Senior Advisor you will be contributing to the delivery of outcomes by building strong relationships within the ministry. You will work collaboratively to deliver investments and implementing investment strategy. As part of your role you will be responsible for collating potential investments, defining technical requirements and monitoring contract compliance.

As part of your existing experience you will be able to identify results through sound business case reporting on programme investments. You will be familiar with programme coordination, stakeholder engagement planning, reviewing funding proposals, ministerial servicing and any Board/Advisory Group secretariat services required. You will be a team player and take satisfaction in supporting your colleagues on projects and engagements as occasion arises.

To be successful in this role, you will most likely have:

  • Strong critical reasoning and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding the government and the public service
  • Has public sector contract experience and understanding of the business sector
  • Strong relationships management and values diverse experience
  • Champion effective use of planning and project management disciplines to support your work
