This report describes the way Whānau Ora (the initiative) was delivered and the results it achieved for 2016/17 – the third year of commissioning. The report identifies the results at a whānau level and provides information on the wider activities of Commissioning Agencies.
The report provides a snapshot of Whānau Ora as a whole; its purpose is to understand what activity has occurred across the various components of Whānau Ora and how those activities have contributed to gains for whānau. The report does not compare results between Commissioning Agencies because their approaches, activities and priority outcomes are so different.
