COVID-19 Care in the Community health and welfare

The  COVID-19 Care in the Community support is part of the whole of Government response. 

Led by the Ministry of Social Development, it includes food, access to accommodation, financial assistance and connection to the services Māori and other New Zealanders need.

Funding is used so those supporting whānau to self-isolate can access what they need. You can read more about how funding has been allocated here.
