A report on the progress made on implementation of Waitangi Tribunal recommendations to the Crown for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.
Section 8I of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975 requires the Minister for Māori Development to report to the House of Representatives each year on the progress being made in the implementation of recommendations made to the Crown by the Waitangi Tribunal.
This report has updates for 36 Tribunal reports (five released within 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2022) and includes a feature detailing the Crown’s progress in relation to the findings and recommendations of the Waitangi Tribunal’s report 2575 Hauora: Report on Stage One of the Health Services and Outcomes Kaupapa Inquiry.
