Are you a strategic and innovative thinker with the motivation and passion to support Māori development?

The Policy Wāhanga, Wellbeing Directorate requires a Chief Analyst to lead key projects in Māori development policy in the following sectors – Education, Health, Labour Market, Housing and Criminal Justice.

The Chief Analyst position has a strategic focus with both an external and an internal scope. As a Chief Analyst, you will be responsible for providing intellectual vision and leadership aimed at bringing about the delivery of the Ministry’s strategic outcomes.

Your significant experience and skills in incorporating a Māori perspective into policy and strategy development will be critical to this position. You will also have a breadth of knowledge and experience across a range of social development areas.
