We confirmed and embedded our Strategic Direction; developed the Māori Potential Approach, and its key component, the Māori Potential Framework; established the Information Advisor positions in our regional offices; started developing our Relationship Management Strategy; developed and implemented our People Capability and Knowledge Management Strategies, including work to improve our Information Technology support systems. 84 pages.
