Drafting error amendments

Purpose

To correct minor drafting errors in Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.

Amendments

These amendments will correct the following drafting errors:

• Amend section 276(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 to correct the spelling of ‘incorporation’ in that section, and
• Remove an incorrect reference to section 227 in section 40(2) Te Ture Whenua Māori Amendment Act 2002 and adding a reference to section 277 instead.
